Dear care takers and change makers,

You, dear precious one, are a force for good in the world. You create compassion and healing in your communities. You may also:

• feel frequently overwhelmed with responsibility and the scope of injustice and trauma that we're struggling to do our best in the midst of.
• fear you're on the verge of burning out or perhaps you're sitting on a pile of ashes and aren't sure where to go from here (or have already risen from those ashes once or twice before).
• just need to take a "time out" with someone who can offer sage support 

It's time to get a deeper perspective and support on how to prioritize self  and community care. Compassion fatigue can happen to all of us, especially those in the helping professions and folks committed to social and environmental justice. 

Stella the Good Enough Witch (now good enough because perfectionism and good/bad binaries need to be composted) is here to provide wise counsel on creating a more balanced and harmonious life, one where you get to do the good work without depleting yourself. Now that's a radical act!
